These terms are an agreement between you and Can Açış ("we", "us") for your use of Elevator Fall 3D ("the game"). By downloading or playing the game you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. The game, its content and all related rights remain ours or our licensors'. The App Store and Google Play terms also apply to your download.
The game creates a guest account when you first open it. You can connect Google Play Games or Sign in with Apple to keep your progress across devices. You are responsible for activity on your account. Guest progress that is not connected to an account may be lost if the app or its data is deleted.
Coins, duel coins, trophies, skins, skills, charges and other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or anything of value, and cannot be transferred or sold outside the game. We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items and features. Virtual items are not refundable except where required by law or the rules of the app store you purchased from.

We may reset progress, remove content, restrict features or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
Online duels, leaderboards and friends require an internet connection and may be changed, interrupted or discontinued. Results can be affected by connection quality. We are not responsible for losses caused by network problems on your side.
The game shows ads and uses third-party services described in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party content, websites or services reached through ads.
We may release updates that are required to keep playing, and we may stop offering the game or any feature at any time.
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free or that progress will never be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, virtual items or profits, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
You can stop using the game and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end your license if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as virtual items, disclaimers and liability) survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
