Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Elevator Fall 3D ("the game", "we", "us") collects, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. The game is published by Can Açış (Türkiye). Questions: canaciscontact@gmail.com.

1. Information we collect

Account identifiers	A player ID created when you first open the game (guest account). If you connect one: your Google Play Games player ID and display name, or your Apple ID user identifier (and, only if you choose to share them, your name and email or Apple's private relay email).	Create and restore your account, keep progress across devices.
Profile	The username you choose and an optional profile photo you pick from your gallery (resized and uploaded to our image hosting provider).	Show your profile to you and other players (leaderboards, friends, duels).
Game data	Level and high score, coins and items, skins and upgrades, missions, rewards, album, duel trophies, league, match history and settings.	Save your progress and run game features.
Social data	Friends list, friend requests and duel challenges you send or receive.	Friends and challenge features.
Multiplayer data	During online duels: your player name, profile details shown to the opponent, in-match actions and emojis, and the network information (such as IP address) needed to connect you.	Match you with an opponent and run the duel.
Device and usage data	Device model, operating system, app version, language, crash and performance data, and in-game events (for example levels played).	Fix bugs, understand how the game is used and improve it.
Advertising data	Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS only with your permission, Android advertising ID), ad interactions and approximate location derived from IP.	Show ads, measure them and limit how often you see them.
Notification token	A push notification token for your device.	Send reminders you allow (daily rewards, missions, challenges).

We do not ask for your real name, phone number or precise location, and we do not sell your personal information.

2. How we use information

To provide the game, save and restore your progress, and run leaderboards, friends and online duels.
To show ads, including personalized ads where you allow it.
To send notifications you have allowed.
To keep the game fair and secure, prevent cheating and abuse, and respond to support requests.
To analyze and improve the game.

3. Service providers

We use the following providers, who process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms:

Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics) — accounts, game data, notifications, analytics. Privacy

Google Play Games Services (Android) — optional sign-in. Privacy
Apple (Sign in with Apple, iOS) — optional sign-in. Privacy
Cloudinary — storing and serving profile photos. Privacy
Photon by Exit Games — online duel servers. Privacy
TikTok for Business SDK — measuring app installs and in-game events for advertising. Privacy

Other players can see your username, profile photo, scores, league and duel results. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our players.

4. Your choices

Tracking and ads: on iOS the game asks for permission before using your advertising identifier. You can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads.
Notifications: turn them off in the game's Settings or your device settings.
Profile: you can change your username and photo in Profile at any time.
Account deletion: Settings → Delete Account permanently deletes your account and game data from our servers. You can also email us.
Access, correction and other rights: depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, KVKK or CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data or object to its use. Email us to make a request.

5. Retention

We keep your account and game data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile, progress, friends and duel history are deleted from our game database. Guest accounts are tied to the app installation; if you delete the app or its data without connecting an account, that progress cannot be recovered. Analytics and advertising providers keep data according to their own retention settings.

6. Children

The game is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security and international transfers

Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with our providers, who may process it in countries other than yours, including the United States and the European Union, with appropriate safeguards.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the game.
